I can relate to this because I find that writing is what is getting me through my grieving process. Sometimes no one understands you when you try to express yourself or even pay attention to you when you speak so much. But with writing you can spill everything that’s on your heart and hope someone reads it and understand. Even if they don’t read it, you’ve liberated yourself by writing what’s on your heart. I am in love with the therapeutic effects of writing and how free you become once you have the courage to write what’s on your heart.
